Fresh Cuts
Local, fresh meat cut just the way you like it.
Our Story
Knockout Butchery is a family-owned butcher shop in Roebuck, South Carolina, offering custom meat processing and fresh cuts rooted in generations of farm tradition.
Long before there was a butcher shop, there was a farm.
For years, Travis and Misty Howard worked their land, raising cattle the right way, With care, responsibility, and pride. What started as a family farm became a butcher shop in 2021, built on the same values that shaped their way of life.
In 2025, that vision expanded again, opening a second location to serve even more families who care about where their food comes from.
Today, you’ll find our butcher shop in Roebuck, South Carolina, serving local families and farmers—just two miles off Interstate 26 at exit 35—easy to reach, worth the drive, and always ready to serve.
This isn’t just meat.
It’s our name. Our work. Our promise.
